2. Description of Service
FlexQR provides a platform for creating, managing, and tracking QR codes. Features include dynamic QR codes, scan analytics, custom branding, custom domains, and team collaboration tools.
3. Account Registration
To use FlexQR, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Keep your password secure and confidential
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
- Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use FlexQR to:
- Distribute malware, viruses, or any harmful code via QR codes
- Engage in phishing, fraud, or deceptive practices
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
- Send spam or unsolicited communications
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
5. Subscription and Billing
FlexQR offers free and paid subscription plans. For paid plans:
- Billing occurs on a recurring basis (monthly or annually)
- You authorize us to charge your payment method on file
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact support within 7 days of a charge
6. QR Code Content
You are solely responsible for the content encoded in your QR codes and the destinations they link to. You retain ownership of your content. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to host and deliver your QR codes.
7. Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.
8. Data and Analytics
Scan analytics data collected through your QR codes belongs to you. We use aggregated, anonymized data to improve our service. Upon account deletion, your data will be removed within 30 days.
9. Intellectual Property
The FlexQR platform, including its design, features, and code, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform without permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlexQR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your QR codes will be deactivated and your data will be scheduled for deletion.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of FlexQR after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify you of significant changes via email.
